Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers and internal technical teams
• Analyze customer business needs and gather requirements
• Provide business analysis for solution design
• Assist Client PM with business impact analysis and milestone definition
• Prepare documentation for technical teams to interpret business requirements
• Support customer implementations, issue capturing, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with different teams for troubleshooting and operational support
• Contribute to internal product enhancement
• Support Business Development with technical pre-sales and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on payments and card issuing
• 10+ years of experience in requirement definition
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience working with APIs
• Knowledge of ISO8583, Credit/Prepaid/Debit cards, Digital Wallets (Tokenization), domestic payment networks, and PCI DSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS
• Knowledge of data encryption and decryption
• Experience with cloud-based distributed processing systems
