Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative data research on customer behaviors across different lifecycle stages
• Perform large-scale data analysis to inform decision-making for player acquisition and retention
• Partner with bonus campaign teams to conduct uplift analysis and A/B testing
• Evaluate CRM needs for BI tools and collaborate with Data & BI teams on development
• Identify predictive behavior models to inform campaign automation in partnership with Data Science teams
• Create support documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in large-data quantitative analysis roles
• Experience ideating methodologies to estimate financial ROI
• Proficiency in SQL and data extraction tools
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Python, Alteryx, or Tableau
• Strong understanding of basic Statistics concepts
• Ability to perform pragmatic "directionally-correct" analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2C companies with high-volume promotional spending
• Knowledge of online casino and sportsbook industry
• Understanding of B2C customer lifecycles and marketing activities
