Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Establish and build strong relationships with client stakeholders through deep business domain expertise and consultancy.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solution requirements.
• Provide strategic solution directions and recommendations based on client needs, environment specifics, and industry trends.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, including the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria from product visions and epics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure user stories are implemented in alignment with product vision and timelines.
• Monitor industry trends in application design to propose innovative solutions for client processes and products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within an Agile environment.
• Deep domain knowledge in the Payments industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of software development planning techniques and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, written requirements for engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
