Responsibilities

• Execute a diverse range of leadership and talent consulting projects including executive assessments, development, and culture profiles
• Partner with the Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) team to sell and execute advisory work
• Develop complex business development presentations requiring innovative thinking
• Lead project work streams or participate in large project teams executing assessments
• Interact with clients autonomously in a mature and collaborative manner
• Act as an informal mentor and coach to both junior and senior team members
• Travel 10-30% of the time to internal or client sites

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Industry, Consulting, or Research
• Experience working on international engagements in a professional services environment
• Strong data affinity and structured, diligent approach
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to work under high pressure and manage dynamic processes
• Self-starter with learning agility and critical thinking skills
