Responsibilities

• Support consultant on live search mandates by building target lists and identifying potential candidates
• Conduct market mapping and market analysis to identify companies and markets
• Generate client deliverables including status reports, mapping reports, pitch packs, and candidate profiles
• Monitor and track market developments, people moves, and critical company developments
• Provide insights on industry trends and act as a thought partner for search strategy
• Build a knowledge repository for the sector, including org charts and compensation data

Requirements

• Post Graduate degree from an accredited academic institution
• 5+ years of business research experience
• Experience in international engagements within professional services or in-house research environments
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience specifically within an industrial sector
• Knowledge of sub-domains such as oil & gas, machinery, mining, chemicals, or automotive
