Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Convert vague business questions into clear, structured analytical problems
• Perform deep-dive data analysis including funnels, cohorts, and segmentation to identify growth opportunities
• Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for business and product stakeholders
• Define, standardize, and maintain key business metrics and KPIs across the organization
• Build and maintain reliable dashboards to enable self-serve decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions using data-driven insights
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation checks
• Support experimentation efforts by analyzing A/B tests and measuring the impact of new initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience working with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of working with large datasets to derive actionable insights
• Solid understanding of business metrics and a basic understanding of A/B testing methodologies
• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems
