Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business improvement by identifying opportunities and leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Support strategic projects by serving as a critical interface between business and technical teams
• Define, prioritise, and ensure the effective delivery of project requirements and business improvements
• Diagnose business problems and design effective "To-Be" processes
• Lead prioritisation forums and shape business cases
• Support delivery through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation
• Maintain structured governance, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business and/or management roles
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a complex organisation
• Industry experience in Supply Chain or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
• ERP exposure and experience, ideally with SAP
• Strong continuous improvement skills and process mapping experience
• Knowledge of improvement methodologies such as Lean or DMAIC
• Advanced analytical, commercial, and financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to lead and mentor others

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Experience supporting business case development
• Understanding of change management methodologies
• Experience within the healthcare industry
• Experience integrating subsidiary companies
