Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day client contact for SEM campaign execution and understanding client goals
• Plan, review, and optimize Paid Social and SEM campaigns to ensure optimal performance
• Format and prepare weekly search reports using tables, graphs, and summaries to translate complex findings
• Track, analyze, and summarize program results, progress, and budget updates
• Perform keyword research and basic analysis to support campaign growth
• Monitor campaign progress using various reporting tools and provide initial insights on trends
• Manage client data, pacing, QA, and trafficking to ensure accuracy
• Train subordinates to improve team efficiency and independent execution
• Conduct research and fact-finding for client presentations and engagements

Requirements

• Graduate, PG, or MBA in Digital Marketing or an equivalent field
• 1-2 years of experience in search marketing operations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple long-term projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to interpreting data
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and identify key findings
