Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior SME/BA to enable the execution of the Cash Financing Solutions global book of work.
• Define technical and operating model requirements to support successful business migrations.
• Analyze business processes for ongoing global projects and deliveries.
• Collaborate with IT to ascertain the architecture required to accommodate new business.
• Coordinate the completion of specifications and documentation for business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead Front Office representatives and control functions in defining and documenting requirements.
• Assist in the definition of test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive consensus across multi-functional and cross-regional teams.

Requirements

• Extensive Front Office experience within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income products, including Repos, Bonds, and Equity products.
• Strong understanding of bond pricing, cashflow calculations, and RWA calculations.
• Proven experience in Collateral management and Treasury.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full trade lifecycle (F2B).
• Experience working with Martini or Vesper products.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant transformation activities, such as balance sheet migrations or regulatory programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity under pressure.
