Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior SME/BA to enable the execution of the Cash Financing Solutions global book of work.
• Define technical and operating model requirements to support successful business migrations.
• Partner closely with senior Sales and Trading stakeholders, specifically those utilizing the Vesper platform.
• Analyze business processes for ongoing global projects and deliveries within Cash Financing Solutions.
• Coordinate with IT to ascertain required architecture and ensure completion of technical specifications.
• Lead Front Office representatives and control functions in defining and documenting requirements.
• Assist in the definition of test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive consensus across multi-functional and cross-regional teams.

Requirements

• Extensive Front Office experience within financial services.
• Deep expertise in Fixed Income products, including bond pricing and cashflow calculations.
• Robust knowledge of Repos, Equity Products, and Collateral Management.
• Strong understanding of full trade lifecycles (F2B).
• Proven track record of delivering Fixed Income programs and significant transformation activities, such as balance sheet migrations.
• Experience working with Martini or Vesper products.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into tangible technology deliveries.
