Senior Business Analyst, Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Maintain warranty orders within the SAP ERP system
• Monitor weekly inventory reports to prevent stockouts and troubleshoot unfulfilled orders
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding logistics and service issues using Salesforce and SAP
• Analyze weekly and monthly reports to ensure departmental KPIs are met
• Create PowerPoint presentations for monthly KPI meetings and ad-hoc reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Finance, and Transportation
• Manage daily work routines to meet established schedules and deadlines

Requirements

• Associates degree
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with large datasets, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP and Salesforce
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a procedurally controlled business environment with multiple vendors
