Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements through work sessions and interviews
• Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are met
• Develop business requirements documents and user stories to support system modifications
• Support QA, UAT, and Release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance
• Provide time estimates for project-related tasks and update procedural documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required
• Experience working in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
• Fluency in Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong skills in facilitation, process documentation, and requirements gathering

Preferred Qualifications

• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS, LOMA, or III
• Technical writing skills
