Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Definition of a solution-agnostic Group Target Operating Model, capability set and use cases, leading to ERP tool selection
• Translation of the approved TOM into contractual business requirements
• Leading the selection of a system integrator and the establishment of a fixed-price contractual baseline

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or ERP-enabled transformation (15+ years preferred)
• Proven experience in defining Target Operating Models and business processes in complex environments
• Experience in ERP implementation programmes (SAP, Oracle or equivalent)
• Experience supporting ERP selection processes and system integrator procurement
• Strong expertise in Budgeting, Cost Management, and Financial Planning processes
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation including process maps and fit/gap assessments

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Finance transformation or ERP programmes
• Experience in ERP implementations covering budgeting, cost management, and financial planning modules
• Experience in financial institutions, public sector organisations, or regulated environments
