Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for software projects
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories
• Work with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist in feature prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment
• Provide support and guidance to end-users during implementation and training
• Conduct regular reviews of implemented solutions to measure effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience
• Experience in the software industry (SaaS, product development, or IT consulting)
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with business analysis tools for process and data modelling
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO)
