Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state business processes and design future-state processes
• Recommend process changes to reduce reliance on application customizations
• Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and project managers
• Support IT project planning including scope definition, impact analysis, and risk identification
• Develop business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories
• Participate in solution design reviews and support system testing activities including UAT
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to organizational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst on complex IT projects
• 3+ years of experience in a senior or lead business analyst role
• Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and process modeling techniques
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS
• Experience with system integrations and enterprise application implementations
