Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own monetization performance across marketplace verticals including pricing and premium offerings
• Partner with Product, Commercial, and Growth teams to validate hypotheses and scale initiatives
• Build seller segmentation frameworks to drive actionable strategies
• Drive data-informed product discovery through A/B testing and experiment evaluation
• Monitor marketplace health including supply-demand balance and seller retention
• Build scalable reporting systems using SQL, BigQuery, and AI tools
• Deliver business performance narratives to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Growth, or Strategy
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and BigQuery
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and cohort retention
• Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in monetization, pricing, or growth experimentation
• Experience using AI tools for automation and reporting workflows
