Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Generate insights through standardized monitoring and deep-dive analytics to identify fraud reduction opportunities
• Drive business case development and opportunity sizing via robust impact and valuation assessments
• Design and implement data-driven credit policies that balance fraud prevention with customer experience
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to optimize authentication and verification tools
• Perform modeling and analytics to support new product strategies and credit performance improvements
• Maintain ownership of credit governance, including rigorous credit and model monitoring

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
• 1+ years of experience in statistical model building
• 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
• 1+ years of experience in market research
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis
• Previous experience in consulting
