Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify international business challenges and opportunities using rigorous analysis of sales activity and outcome data.
• Support the semi-annual sales planning model to forecast progress toward sales goals and manage incentive spend.
• Develop hypotheses and conduct analysis to support the rollout of automated sales scorecards and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and standardized definitions for international sales funnel stages and merchant taxonomies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Market Leads, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to drive process efficiency.
• Support the implementation of "Sales Excellence" standard work and optimize daily operating rhythms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
• 1+ years of experience in statistical model building.
• 1+ years of experience in market research.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 1+ years of experience in consulting.
