Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using data-driven analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations
• Perform modeling and analytics to assist with new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
• Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and help build targeted insights to inform new customer experiences
• Support credit performance improvements by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior and creating risk models
• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive quality, volume, and profitability
• Develop hypotheses, test solutions, and lead implementation efforts while developing comprehensive monitoring plans

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering)
• Strong quantitative orientation and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• 1+ years of experience in statistical model building
• 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
• 1+ years of experience in market research
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis
• Previous consulting experience
