Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from requirement gathering to final delivery
• Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Write detailed user stories including acceptance criteria in BDD format
• Gather technical specifications to support product development
• Collaborate closely with clients, developers, QA teams, and implementation teams
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings and gather critical information from stakeholders
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve queries effectively
• Provide informal guidance to new team members

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• 3 years of experience within the Capital Markets domain, specifically Post Trade
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Strong experience with Agile methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and Postman

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Owner expertise
• Understanding of North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income, and Equity Brokerage Operations
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
