Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the Business Analysis Plan and Roadmap
• Collect, analyse, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs
• Organise and lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Model end-to-end business process flows and define data specifications
• Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain the implementation backlog
• Identify project interdependencies and assess related impacts
• Support the preparation of test scenarios, test cases, and execution activities
• Prepare project documentation including status reports and steering committee presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Business Analysis
• Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements documentation for complex IT projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process modelling and optimisation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management across business and IT domains
• Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
• Strong skills in BPMN, UML, Use Case Modelling, and Customer Journey Mapping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector
• Experience with Customer Portals, Digital Channels, or Self-Service Platforms
• Background in User Experience (UX) and Customer Journey Design
• Experience producing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Experience working for European Institutions or large public-sector organisations
