Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes ("As-Is") and design future target operating models ("To-Be").
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for new IT developments and system enhancements.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process models, and business cases.
• Support migration and integration projects involving financial applications and business processes.
• Plan and execute testing activities, including functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage change requests and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Support reporting and analysis activities using Power BI.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale IT projects, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting system migration, modernization, or integration projects.
• Strong background in business process analysis, redesign, and requirements engineering.
• Experience with software testing, test case preparation, and UAT.
• Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and reporting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French.
• Experience in advisory or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, or investment-related systems.
• Experience working within European institutions or large international organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
