Senior Buildings Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of all building locations with excellence and attention to detail
• Oversee work orders, team priorities, and daily execution
• Manage facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Utilize eSpace for scheduling and coordination across locations
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality work from service partners
• Oversee setup and teardown for events and coordinate contractor schedules
• Lead and support the Buildings Team, including maintenance coordinators and technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Manage warehouse storage and inventory of furniture and fixtures

Requirements

• 5-8 years of facilities management experience
• Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and maintenance management systems like eSpace and BAS
• Ability to lift and move furniture and accessories
• Ability to work on-site across multiple building locations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
