Senior Build and Integration Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture flight vehicles, test articles, and ground support equipment
• Perform fluid component testing and pressure testing
• Execute metal fabrication and electrical installation
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and hydraulic diagnostics
• Manage fluid system fabrication, lifting, rigging, and welding
• Operate various machinery and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, military, or automotive testing/fabrication
• Professional experience in debugging and basic electrical tests
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
• Availability for non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using work orders, inventory requests, schematics, and drawings
• Experience with data acquisition software
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as NX, Creo, or Solidworks
