Senior Brokerage Support

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to business units, including managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Oversee CRM database management to ensure accuracy and organization across multiple audiences.
• Handle deal processing, transaction support, invoicing, and maintain accurate files and documentation.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, including list management, reporting, and the development of proposal materials.
• Create and format professional presentations, charts, graphs, and Excel-based reports.
• Serve as a key point of coordination for client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and professional service.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support business development efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or client services role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and strong overall technical aptitude.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the commercial real estate sector.
