Responsibilities

• Design of transport structures in all phases
• Discipline and design management of structures in transport projects
• Innovation to further improve the professional environment
• Participation in tender work
• Actively contributing to increasing knowledge within the section
• Guiding and following up younger employees
• Customer follow-up

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in designing transport structures
• Experience in discipline leadership or project management in multidisciplinary transport assignments is preferred
• Proficiency in Norwegian (oral and written)
• Strong structural understanding and ability to see the whole project
• Structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious
