Senior Brand Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and drive long-term client retention through strategic partnership
• Lead account strategy across Amazon and marketplace channels to drive revenue growth
• Partner with Performance Marketing teams to optimize advertising performance and KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, Logistics, and Brand Health teams
• Analyze account performance across content, advertising, pricing, and assortment to maximize ROI
• Build and guide promotional calendars aligned with business goals and seasonality
• Lead weekly client calls and present performance through regular business reviews
• Track progress toward annual revenue goals and develop sales and demand forecasts
• Support onboarding of new brands and coordinate cross-functional execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in an Account Management role
• Mandatory experience with Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central is a plus)
• Exceptional communication and client-facing relationship management skills
• Experience analyzing data to make strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Experience in Beauty and Health and Wellness is a plus
• Proficiency with Asana, Helium10, or DataHawk is a plus
