Senior Brand Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the execution of seasonal, integrated marketing plans across multiple channels
• Build and maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional partners including Digital, Communications, and Creative
• Oversee product sourcing, management, and seamless integration into brand programming
• Manage end-to-end project execution from consumer insight to activation with operational rigor
• Cultivate and manage on-the-ground relationships with key NYC consumers, community leaders, and grassroots organizations
• Lead the development and synthesis of market insights to inform brand strategy
• Partner with finance and Brand Planning to track expenses and ensure alignment with budget allocations
• Brief and manage external agencies to deliver high-impact brand experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, retail marketing, or digital brand marketing
• Deep understanding of the NYC consumer, streetwear culture, and local market trends
• Strong digital marketing acumen and experience with creator-led content
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
• Proven project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a collaborative team player
