Senior Brand Manager Tequila

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy and brand plans for the Tequila portfolio, focusing on Don Julio and Casamigos
• Drive market share growth and premiumisation within the Global Travel Retail sector
• Execute luxury retail playbooks and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
• Manage the innovation pipeline and translate global brand strategies into impactful travel retail executions
• Lead connection planning and media strategy for major global brand moments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, supply chain, and legal teams to ensure flawless execution

Requirements

• Significant marketing experience in brand, consumer, shopper, or innovation roles
• Proven expertise in delivering impactful global or regional brand strategies
• Strong commercial acumen and a "GM mindset"
• Experience working with luxury or premium brands
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects end-to-end
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and international environments
