Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and execution for iconic OTC brands such as Nicorette, Imodium, Dolormin, and/or Olynth in Germany
• Translate global and regional strategies into impactful local marketing plans tailored to the German market
• Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to identify and capture growth opportunities
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with Media and cross-functional teams
• Lead in-store and BTL activation in collaboration with Trade Marketing
• Optimize pricing and promotion strategies to maximize ROI
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and regional teams
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Brand Managers

Requirements

• Degree in business or economics with a focus on marketing
• Solid experience in brand management within the OTC, pharmaceutical, or consumer healthcare industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in complex, regulated environments
• Experience in leading teams or managing direct reports
• Strong analytical skills combined with compelling storytelling and presentation abilities
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Deep understanding of the German market
• Fluency in both German and English
