Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pronamel portfolio strategy and execution to deliver topline growth and full-year brand plans
• Manage end-to-end marketing including communication, media, digital activations, influencer marketing, and innovation development
• Build a digital-first marketing strategy across multimedia touchpoints to drive brand awareness and relevance
• Strategize and execute plans to increase market penetration and share
• Collaborate with sales, customer marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to drive commercial execution and shopper activations
• Manage agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify and activate market-specific acceleration opportunities through customized media and communication strategies

Requirements

• MBA from a premium business school
• 8+ years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Health with significant brand marketing expertise
• Proven track record in marketing, consumer communications, and launch management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in OTC or oral health categories
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L exposure
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment
• Ability to translate consumer insights into impactful initiatives with executional rigor
