Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, performance, and execution for the Mission Tortilla brand.
• Own the long-range brand vision, annual plans, and in-market execution.
• Set innovation strategy and manage the product pipeline from concept to launch via the Stage Gate process.
• Translate brand strategy into integrated marketing plans across media, retail, digital, and shopper marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze Mission, category, and consumer performance using syndicated data to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Procurement, and Operations to ensure successful commercialization.
• Lead external agency partners to deliver best-in-class brand building and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of brand management experience, ideally within a large CPG organization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Proven project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Irving, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience managing large-scale national marketing campaigns.
