About the Company

David creates tools to help people build muscle and lose fat. Our first products are protein bars, and we’re building a platform for high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR, David is working to become the leading consumer food brand focused on high-protein foods in North America and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Lead top-of-funnel growth initiatives including influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, podcasts, and out-of-home advertising
  • Recruit, negotiate with, and manage high-performing creators, influencers, and strategic partners
  • Develop creative briefs to drive consistent, high-quality, on-brand partner and creator content
  • Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns tied to product launches and seasonal moments
  • Own social response strategy across comments, DMs, and public conversations to deepen community engagement
  • Build systems to track partner performance, payouts, usage rights, and contracts
  • Define, track, and optimize awareness and campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, and new customer growth
  • Manage partnership and creator budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or a high-intensity environment
  • Proven experience building partnerships and/or affiliate programs that drive measurable growth
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and collaboration dynamics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to move fast and operate with high ownership in a lean environment
  • Strong organizational skills regarding timelines, deliverables, and partner management
