Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing direction for the Base IOL and Delivery Devices portfolio to drive demand and maximize sales
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans, including advertising, pricing strategies, and distribution channel management
• Formulate short and long-range corporate goals and objectives for specific product lines
• Build promotional messaging, including sales materials, professional campaigns, and digital assets
• Collaborate with sales leadership, medical affairs, and business development to segment customers and develop KOL plans
• Manage the A&P marketing budget, ensuring planned return on investment and accurate forecasting
• Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to identify trends and market needs
• Partner with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure all messaging and promotions are compliant
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the US Marketing Organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 years of proven professional experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
