Senior Brand Manager - Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Define and lead acquisition and reactivation marketing strategies for Rainbow Six Siege to support growth and awareness
• Transform marketing vision and business priorities into scalable, high-performing campaigns
• Build marketing strategies for different funnel stages, defining messages, assets, and audiences
• Co-construct storefront strategies with Partner Marketing and Sales teams to maximize visibility on partner platforms
• Collaborate with Audience, GSI, Marketing Analytics, and Growth Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
• Manage the production of acquisition assets and brief internal/external creative teams
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement optimizations
• Mentor the Associate Brand Manager Acquisition in campaign execution and marketing expertise

Requirements

• Previous experience in the video game industry, ideally with live service games
• Strong understanding of the marketing mix and performance marketing
• Proven leadership ability to mobilize stakeholders around common goals
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex projects
• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary global teams
• Fluency in English is essential
