About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand operating plans to achieve net sales and profitability goals
- Lead commercialization of innovation projects and build launch plans
- Optimize portfolio performance and product assortment to maximize profit
- Utilize design thinking for retail and digital shelf merchandising
- Own artwork and visual design projects from inception to print
- Partner with consumer insights to inform brand and innovation priorities
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and retail platforms
- Partner with organic social content teams to create brand content
- Manage brand budgets and financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing management
- Proven success driving complex projects forward
- Experience building collaborative partnerships across cross-functional teams
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of full product development and innovation philosophy
- Experience with IRI, Nielsen, or Syndicated Retailer Data is ideal
- Effective communication skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
