Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute creative campaigns end-to-end across digital, web, social, print, merch, and live events
• Shape and evolve Serval's brand system including typography, color, illustration, and layout
• Own art direction for omni-channel work such as launches, paid campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Partner with product designers, marketing, engineers, and leadership to translate complex AI workflows into design
• Collaborate with motion designers and copywriters to bring big ideas to life
• Experiment relentlessly with AI tools to expand visual design possibilities

Requirements

• 6+ years in hands-on visual, graphic, or brand roles
• Portfolio demonstrating strong concept thinking and exceptional craft across multiple mediums
• Track record of owning 360 campaigns and brand systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sensibility for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
• Active experimentation with AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or evolving a brand system at an early-stage company
• On-set art direction experience for video, photography, or events
• Experience mentoring other designers or guiding external contractors
