Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand identities and comprehensive visual systems
• Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team to deliver cohesive solutions
• Design packaging, campaign visuals, social media content, and marketing materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams on creative projects
• Translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts
• Oversee the design and production of brand assets, presentations, and creative materials
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand competitive

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand design
• Proven leadership or management experience in a creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and visual identity
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
