Responsibilities

• Craft the direction and expression of Parloa brand design
• Participate in the creative development of assets across digital and physical channels
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align visual storytelling
• Set the visual bar and ensure brand fidelity across all creative assets
• Help to evolve and maintain our visual identity system
• QA design outputs for polish, detail, and consistency
• Support briefing and directing external creative agencies
• Champion an AI-first design mindset by exploring and implementing generative image and video tools
• Partner with Operations and Global Head of Design on prioritization and project planning

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic/brand design
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating craft across brand, campaign, and digital channels
• Proficiency in design systems including typography, color, layout, and iconography
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with storyboarding and motion design
