Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Create visual systems that tell clear stories and leave an impression on audiences
• Produce end-to-end creative for campaigns across various channels and brand surfaces
• Build wireframes and visuals for responsive web experiences to drive conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategic approaches and design compelling presentations
• Scale design impact by implementing design systems and leveraging automation tools
• Evolve and adjust processes for efficient workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in brand design (in-house or agency)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design across multiple channels and a clear process
• Proficiency in Figma (libraries, variables, components), Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Docs
• Mastery of design fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, balance, typography, and color theory
• High attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
• Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback constructively

• Motion design capabilities

• B2B and in-house experience
• Experience using AI to optimize design processes
