Responsibilities

• Own Lucis's visual brand system across every touchpoint including web, social, ads, and physical assets
• Operate and extend agentic pipelines and AI-driven brand production stacks
• Build and maintain template libraries for newsletters, carousels, and decks
• Lead brand maturation explorations for physical kits, events, and packaging
• Manage AI Ops governance including skill curation and knowledge-file versioning
• Maintain and elevate the website brand surface
• Create co-brand kits for partners

Requirements

• 5+ years in brand design, preferably in-house at a consumer or healthcare brand
• Proven experience building scalable brand systems rather than one-off artifacts
• Daily fluency with Claude or other agentic coding environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Devin)
• Proficiency in Figma at an infrastructure level (variables, plugins)
• Strong typographic instinct and motion literacy
• Ability to write clear creative briefs for execution
• Professional fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with image/video generation tools like Midjourney, Runway, or ComfyUI
• Editorial design background
• Experience in regulated categories like health, wellness, or fintech
• Experience contributing to a design system from scratch
• Fluency in French
