Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and rollout of brand identity systems, including logos, color, typography, motion principles, and visual language
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and design toolkits for cross-team use
• Translate brand positioning and strategy into compelling visual identities
• Own design quality from early concepting through to final delivery
• Work closely with Creative leads to align brand expression with strategy
• Present creative work and articulate the thinking behind decisions to internal stakeholders and clients
• Contribute to pitches and new business presentations under tight timelines
• Mentor junior designers by providing clear, actionable feedback
• Integrate AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Magnific to accelerate ideation and visual exploration
• Adapt brand systems for bilingual English/Arabic applications

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in branding and visual identity design
• Proven experience working within an agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating identity systems built from scratch or significantly evolved
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma
• Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Magnific/Topaz
• Deep understanding of the GCC and Saudi Arabian markets and cultural aesthetics
