Senior Brand Designer

BJAK builds superior application platforms globally with the mission of creating successful businesses while contributing positively to society. We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry, currently serving over 8 million users across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
• Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all surfaces
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work
• Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution
• Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute strategic insight to brand direction

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and visual excellence
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Proficiency in motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Strong command of layout, typography, and composition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals
• Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
• Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
• Interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production
