Senior Brand Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic brand development of in-person event experiences for Dealer customers
• Develop creative briefs and collaborate with creative partners to bring event strategies to life
• Serve as a key liaison for cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, Legal, and Third-Party Vendors
• Create white-glove, brand-representative experiences that make lasting impressions for dealers
• Influence internal decision-makers through formal recommendations and effective communication
• Manage project timelines, event budgets, and various project management tasks
• Act as a steward for well-managed processes and identify opportunity gaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand
• At least 3 years of experience in event management or hospitality
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
• Excellent written, editing, and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• 1+ year of experience in Financial Services marketing
• 4+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or hospitality
