Senior Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Achieve high sales across all categories, with a focus on high jewellery
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and demonstrate product expertise
• Maintain client information and build strong client connections
• Mentor and support less experienced Brand Ambassadors
• Organise and deliver presentations showcasing diamond and product knowledge
• Ensure the safety and security of staff and product

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Deep knowledge of jewellery (GIA certification is a plus)
• Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results
• Strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
