Senior Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Introduce the brand and its history to all store visitors and new clients
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of diamonds and products to drive sales
• Nurture long-term client relationships through active engagement and event invitations
• Maintain accurate and thorough client information and records
• Provide exceptional, attentive, and courteous customer service at all times
• Maintain store atmosphere, visual merchandising standards, and security awareness
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective store sales targets

Requirements

• Proven professional experience within the luxury industry
• Strong sales acumen and a track record of relationship building
• Exceptional customer focus and a client-centric approach
• High level of attention to detail and results orientation
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fine jewellery industry
• G.I.A. qualification
• Proficiency in an additional language
