Senior Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience by engaging with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized suggestions for AE and Aerie products
• Build brand loyalty by introducing guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
• Flex between different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
