Senior Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide an amazing shopping experience
• Educate customers on product details and provide personalized suggestions
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and various brand channels to build customer loyalty
• Flex between different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience is preferred
