Senior Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide an amazing shopping experience
• Educate customers on product details and provide personalized suggestions
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
• Flex between different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
