Senior Branch Operations Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and manage sales compliance and regulatory requirements to support branch and regional objectives
• Act as a designee for the branch manager on compliance objectives and provide ongoing education to the branch/portfolio
• Support and guide branch staff members on compliance and operational issues
• Coordinate and execute activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives, including tracking metrics and milestones
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor performance
• Identify, report, and manage all compliance issues and irregularities according to guidelines
• Maintain branch files regarding client complaints, hold mail accounts, and other regulatory documentation
• Perform administrative and operational activities including financial processing, account documentation, and compliance processing
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth collaboration and team skills
• In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth influence skills
